These terms govern your use of the Honwards website and course platform. By registering an account or purchasing a tier, you agree to them.

1. What Honwards is — and isn't

Honwards is an independent interview-preparation course for applicants pursuing Hungarian citizenship, built around a self-paced course, generated practice documents, and generated interview audio. We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, notary, or government agency, and we are not affiliated with the Hungarian government or any other government or its citizenship or immigration process. Nothing produced by the course — practice documents, interview sheets, or audio — is an official filing, and using Honwards does not guarantee any interview outcome, application approval, or citizenship result.

2. Practice data, not verified data

The course is built for rehearsal. You are free to complete the intake forms and family-member sections with placeholder or fictional information rather than your real details — the drills, generated documents, and generated audio all function the same way regardless. If you choose to enter real personal information, that's your choice; we don't verify the accuracy of anything you submit, and you're responsible for what you enter, including making sure you're not submitting someone else's personal data without their knowledge.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use the course. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide an accurate email address, since it's how we deliver login codes, support responses, and account notices. The 14–17 applicant track is intended for use together with a parent or guardian's account and involvement.

4. Payment and access

Course tiers, Document Generation, Interview Audio, and the Everything Bundle are paid products; current pricing is listed on the Program page [CHECK price]. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor [CHECK: processor to be named once selected] — we never see or store your full card details. [CHECK: refund policy not yet defined — add refund window and conditions here once decided.] We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, or for use that violates these terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't share your account or login credentials with people outside your own household/family application.
• Don't scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to extract the course's underlying content, question bank, or generated-audio system.
• Don't use the service to generate or submit fraudulent documents to any government agency.
• Don't attempt to bypass account, payment, or access controls.

6. Intellectual property

The course content, lesson structure, question templates, and generated audio system belong to Honwards. You may use your generated documents and audio for your own personal interview preparation, but not redistribute or resell course materials. You retain ownership of the personal information you enter; by entering it, you allow us to process it as described in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of delivering the course to you.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the course, generated documents, or generated audio are error-free, that translations are perfect, or that completing the course will lead to any particular interview or citizenship outcome. You should independently verify anything you plan to rely on for an actual government interview or filing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Honwards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any outcome of an actual citizenship interview or application. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us (see [Section 11] of the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
